To ensure you are ready to complete the application process, we have put together a checklist for you. Please download and read the application guide before you start your application.

1. Applicant details

Your name and contact information (job title, phone number, email, etc.)

2. Organization details

Overview of your organization/institution (size, objectives, vision, etc.)

3. Project details

Project name, brief summary, full description and expected deliverables

4. Project objectives and measurements

  • What it is that you are trying to accomplish, why, and what action steps are required to meet the project goals?
  • How will your project be measured? How will you determine the success of your project? 

5. Funding

Budget plan and cost estimate (demonstration of cost-effectiveness where applicable)
